Terms of Service
Effective date: August 23, 2026
Welcome to 1 Million Egg. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the operators of 1 Million Egg ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 1 Million Egg website, mini app, and related services (collectively, the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You may not use the App if you are located in, incorporated in, or a resident of any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United States (including OFAC), the United Kingdom, or Türkiye, or if you are listed on any applicable sanctions or restricted-party list. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the App is lawful in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws, including those relating to digital assets, taxation, and anti-money laundering.
2. The Application
1 Million Egg is an onchain game built on the Base network. Core features include, without limitation:
- Tap: an onchain action that increases your in-app score and Egg balance.
- Daily Claim: a once-per-day onchain claim, tracked by a streak counter, that awards Eggs.
- Reward Claim: an onchain function that lets you exchange accumulated Eggs for USDC, subject to the reward tiers, availability, and contract conditions described in the App at the time of your claim.
- Seasons and Leaderboard: your Egg totals and rank may be tracked and displayed relative to other players within a defined season.
- Referral Program: sharing a personal referral link may entitle you and a referred player to Eggs, subject to Section 8.
Eggs are an in-app unit of account used to track your activity and gameplay progress within the App. Eggs are not a cryptocurrency, token, security, deposit, or investment product, and they carry no monetary value on their own. Eggs cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed except through the specific, currently-available in-app mechanisms (such as Reward Claim) described in the App. We do not promise, and nothing in the App should be read as promising, that Eggs will ever become a tradable token, that an airdrop of any kind will occur, or that any future value will be assigned to your Egg balance.
USDC rewards obtained through Reward Claim are paid from a smart contract's available balance and are subject to that contract's rules, funding levels, and any limits in effect at the time of your claim. We do not guarantee that USDC rewards will always be available, of a particular amount, or claimable at any given time.
3. Your Wallet and Digital Assets
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and any signatures you make. We never ask for your private key or seed phrase, and we never have access to them. If you lose access to your wallet or your keys are compromised, we cannot recover your funds or in-app progress on your behalf.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on Base, it cannot be undone by us, by you, or by anyone else. Double-check every address, amount, and network before confirming any transaction.
You are responsible for all network ("gas") fees, and for any fees charged by third-party protocols you choose to interact with through the App (including, where applicable, Veil's own protocol fees — see Section 5). We do not charge our own platform fee on Reward Claim, Daily Claim, or Private Transfer; where a fee is described in the App as belonging to a third-party protocol, that fee is set and collected by that protocol, not by us.
4. Standard Egg Pay
When enabled in the App, Standard Egg Pay lets you send USDC to another wallet address through a public, onchain escrow smart contract. If you use this feature:
- Creating a payment: you specify a recipient address, a USDC amount, and an expiry duration. The total amount charged to your wallet includes the principal plus any applicable protocol fee, disclosed in the App before you confirm.
- Accept: the recipient may accept (claim) the payment before it expires. Once accepted, the principal is released to the recipient and is not reversible or cancellable by you.
- Cancel: you, as the sender, may cancel an unclaimed payment before the recipient accepts it. If you cancel, the principal and fee are refunded to you.
- Expiry and refund: if the payment is neither accepted nor cancelled before its expiry, it becomes eligible for a refund to you. Depending on how the feature is implemented at the time, this refund may need to be triggered by a transaction (which may be submitted by you or, where the App's design allows it, by any party) rather than occurring automatically.
- Visibility: the sender, recipient, amount, and status of every Standard Egg Pay payment are recorded on a public blockchain and are visible to anyone, indefinitely. Standard Egg Pay does not shield or hide any part of a payment.
Standard Egg Pay is a feature of the App operating through a smart contract; it is not an escrow, money-transmission, or banking service, and we do not act as a custodian of any funds placed into it — the smart contract itself holds and releases funds according to its own code, which you can review onchain.
5. Private Transfer — Powered by Veil
When enabled in the App, Private Transfer is a feature that lets you interact with Veil, an independent third-party protocol. Veil is not developed, owned, operated, or controlled by us, and Private Transfer is a distinct product from Standard Egg Pay described in Section 4 above — the two do not share funds, contracts, or guarantees. Nothing in this Section, or in the App's presentation of Private Transfer, should be read as us endorsing, warranting, or taking responsibility for Veil's protocol, infrastructure, or its own terms of service.
If you choose to use Private Transfer, you should understand the following, in addition to Veil's own terms (see below):
- Beta status: Private Transfer is an early-stage, beta integration. It may be limited to an allowlisted set of users, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and has not been independently audited by us.
- Onchain and smart-contract based: Private Transfer operates through Veil's own smart contracts on Base Mainnet and involves real USDC — it is not a test or simulated feature when live on Mainnet.
- Zero-knowledge proving system: Veil's transfer and withdrawal mechanism relies on a cryptographic proving system (zero-knowledge proofs) to shield certain transaction details. Generating a proof and submitting a transaction through this system may take longer than a typical onchain transaction, and — like any software — is not guaranteed to be free of bugs.
- Relay dependency: certain Private Transfer actions (including relay-submitted transfers and withdrawals) are routed through Veil's own relay infrastructure, which is operated by Veil, not by us. A relay may delay, fail to process, or decline to process a request; we do not control this and are not responsible for it. Where the App offers a direct (non-relay) alternative, using it may expose your own wallet as the transaction sender onchain.
- We do not claim, and Veil does not guarantee, complete anonymity. Private Transfer is designed to shield certain transfer details (such as the transfer amount and counterparties, depending on the specific action), but deposit, withdrawal, and network-level metadata may remain visible or reconstructable, including to sophisticated onchain analysis. Do not use Private Transfer, or any similar tool, based on an assumption that your activity is untraceable, anonymous, or completely private. We make no representation that Private Transfer, or your use of it, is secure, private, or anonymous to any particular standard, and you use it entirely at your own risk.
- Key handling: Private Transfer requires deriving a Veil-specific key from a signature made with your connected wallet. This key is used only within your browser session to interact with Veil's protocol. We deliberately do not write this key to any persistent storage (such as a cookie,
localStorage, orsessionStorage), and it is not transmitted to our servers. We do not, however, guarantee that JavaScript running in your browser cryptographically erases this key from memory once you are done — only that our own code does not persist or transmit it. Treat any device you use for Private Transfer as needing its own security hygiene, and be aware that browser extensions, malware, or a compromised device could still expose data in memory. - Third-party fees: Veil's own protocol fee (if any) is set by Veil, not by us, and is disclosed in the App before you confirm a Veil transaction.
- Compliance screening: Veil, as an independent protocol, may apply its own compliance or screening process to deposits or transfers. We do not control this process and are not responsible for its outcome.
Veil's own terms and policies govern your relationship with Veil directly.Veil is an independent, unaffiliated protocol with its own published terms and privacy practices, which we do not control and are not a party to; please locate and review Veil's current, official terms directly from Veil before using Private Transfer. If Veil's terms conflict with this Section, Veil's own terms govern your use of Veil's protocol itself, while this Section continues to govern your use of the App's Private Transfer feature.
6. USDC and Third-Party Stablecoin Risk
Rewards, Standard Egg Pay, and Private Transfer all involve USDC, a stablecoin issued by Circle. USDC is a third-party product, not something we issue or control. You acknowledge that:
- USDC transactions on a blockchain are generally irreversible.
- USDC's value is intended to track USD 1:1 but is not guaranteed to do so at all times or on every platform — its market price on third-party exchanges may fluctuate above or below USD 1.00.
- Circle (or another issuer, if applicable) may, under its own terms, restrict, block, freeze, or blacklist certain addresses or amounts of USDC, which is entirely outside our control.
- We do not guarantee the availability, redeemability, or stability of USDC, and we are not responsible for losses caused by USDC's issuer, its smart contracts, or third-party platforms that support it.
7. Season, Leaderboard, and Campaign Rules
Season structure, leaderboard ranking methodology, reward tiers, and any promotional campaign rules (including third-party campaigns such as those run through Galxe) are set out within the App and may change at any time, including retroactively adjusting how future activity is scored, without this being treated as a change to these Terms requiring separate notice, unless required by applicable law. We recommend checking the in-app rules before relying on any specific reward amount or ranking outcome.
Where a campaign is run in partnership with or hosted by a third party (such as Galxe), that third party's own terms and eligibility rules also apply, and we are not responsible for that third party's determination of your eligibility, ranking, or reward.
8. Referral Program
If enabled, sharing your referral link may result in Eggs being credited to you, to a referred player, or both, according to the referral rules published in the App at the time (including any per-referral caps or thresholds). Referral rewards are not guaranteed, may be capped, and may be adjusted, paused, or discontinued at any time. Self-referral, and any attempt to manipulate the referral system (including through multiple accounts or automation), is prohibited and may result in the removal of referral rewards and/or restriction of your access under Section 10.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior in the App or its smart contracts;
- automate gameplay, taps, claims, or any other App interaction without our express permission;
- create or use multiple accounts, wallets, or identities to manipulate the leaderboard, referral program, reward systems, or any campaign (Sybil activity);
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App, its smart contracts, or the infrastructure supporting it;
- use the App in violation of Section 1 (Eligibility) or any applicable law; or
- otherwise abuse the App's reward, leaderboard, or referral systems in a manner inconsistent with their intended, good-faith use.
10. Account Restrictions and Termination
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice where circumstances warrant, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the App, withhold or reverse in-app credit (such as pending, non-onchain reward eligibility), or disqualify you from a leaderboard, season, or campaign, if we reasonably believe you have violated Section 9 or otherwise misused the App. This does not give us any ability to reverse, freeze, or seize assets already confirmed on the blockchain, which remain outside our control once a transaction is confirmed.
11. Blockchain and Third-Party Infrastructure Risk
The App depends on infrastructure we do not own or control, including the Base network, RPC providers, wallet software and browser extensions, and (where applicable) Veil's relay and smart contracts. Any of these may experience congestion, downtime, bugs, or other disruption. We are not responsible for losses caused by the failure, error, or unavailability of third-party blockchain infrastructure, including but not limited to smart contract bugs (in contracts we do not control), RPC provider outages, wallet software issues, or relay unavailability.
12. No Financial Advice; Tax Responsibility
1 Million Egg is an entertainment and engagement platform. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that may apply to your use of the App, including taxes on any USDC or other digital assets you receive.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY SMART CONTRACT (WHETHER OPERATED BY US OR BY A THIRD PARTY SUCH AS VEIL) IS FREE OF VULNERABILITIES.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE MANDATORY LAW.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your violation of any applicable law.
16. Third-Party Services
The App integrates or links to services provided by third parties, including but not limited to blockchain infrastructure providers (such as RPC providers), wallet connection infrastructure, analytics providers, and, where applicable, Veil and Galxe. Your use of any such third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms, and we are not a party to, and are not responsible for, those terms or that provider's conduct.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after an updated version of these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to an update, you should stop using the App.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your own country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
